Hi David and Mark

We’re very happy to recommend the guys from Titesite! We needed 55 cubic meters of dirt dug out from under our house and taken down a skinny 60m path to the road. I’d seen pictures of their conveyor belts online and it looked like the ideal solution to our ‘walk-up’ house.

David came around and in two days we had an accurate quote.

Mark and the rest of the team were great. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and kept us informed on progress during the work. They were extremely nice and considerate of the neighbours whose drive we needed to back the trucks up.

When they were finished they made an excellent job of cleaning up and taking away absolutely every bit of rubbish.

They worked in with the builders to keep the house propped up as they excavated and when they finished the excavation was near perfect, with the builder not having any trimming to do. The builder could get straight into building the boxing for the concrete pad.

Nothing was a problem for Mark and his guys, including a few extra bits of digging as the plans were extended, and breaking some rock (which David had warned us was a possibility – and included a price in the quote just in case).

As a bit of a gadget geek the conveyor belts were pretty cool. The local primary school even sent a class over the road to see it in action.

Both the architect and builder will keep you in mind for similar jobs after seeing what is possible. As will we if we ever need more digging done!

David,

I have pleasure in writing a few words about the work that you did for us.

Our section is extremely steep and with very limited access. Our objective was to build an extensive retaining wall so that we could create a substantial garden instead of just having waste and unsightly ground.
Tite Site worked out a practical scheme to do all the work necessary. They were able to manoeuvre their extremely compact digger down the slope and form a horizontal bench, bore the holes for the large piles and, once the piles were in place and the retaining wall constructed, backfill approximately 40 cubic metres of garden soil using their ingenious mini conveyor system.
Without their imagination, expertise, and can do attitude we would never have been able to accomplish this project at all.
