Under house excavation to create space for a new bathroom.

This was a huge job – we excavated over 200 cubic metres of material out from under an old mansion that was being restored.

We created this cavity under a three storey mansion in Newtown, Wellington.	Under the house, showing the retaining wall.	Material being moved onto the truck and away to the landfill.
The hole - destined to be a new bathroom.	Earth is removed from under the mansion.	We used our mini-veyors to get around corners, before the fill is moved onto the long run conveyor to our waiting truck.
Down from house through the bush on the next door property to truck.	Over the public footpath onto the truck.	Job done!
